My family and I had a delightful stay at Campanile. The accommodation, though a bit worn, was adequate and the secure parking gave us peace of mind. The breakfast was excellent and energized us for our day. The hotel's location near tram 16 made it easy to explore the city, including a visit to Sachsen Therme, where we enjoyed relaxing thermal baths. The staff, especially Bettina, were friendly and helpful, adding to our positive experience.The rooms were clean, albeit with narrow beds, which were surprisingly comfortable. The quiet surroundings and lovely city views made for a pleasant retreat. Being close to the Zoo was a bonus for the kids, and the safe underground parking was convenient for our family outings.Campanile provided a comfortable base for our family vacation, with family-friendly amenities, like the nearby shops and attractions. We enjoyed our time and would consider staying again for its practicality and helpful staff.
